moved saving accounts to a separate thread. Note that this code is not synchronized yet.

* Finished the GetCameraState() and SetCameraState()
(some of the saved params are wasteful, ex: the 'dir's)
* Fixed mouse clicked STOP commands (they never have options)

emit-sfx 2048 will now allways fire a weapon

* If started in single player mode (!gameSetup), dont write to test.sdf demo,
but write to a temporary file and rename that to test.sdf on quit.
This way running multiple instances of spring is possible without them
corrupting the demo file because they all write to same file.

Updated EconomyAI once more:
* The buildarea is now divided into squares instead of circles.
* Metal has a slightly higher priority.
