with the built-in CMD, CMDTYPE, and GL constants tables
* Fixed fontHandler.DrawCentered() to use pixel alignment
* Setup cached string lengths
* Adjusted some widgets to optionally use fontHandler
(selector, gui_fps, gui_clock, gui_comm_ends, gui_tooltip)
* Added a see-saw effect to gui_comm_ends
(to demo flexible scaling of fontHandler fonts)
