* Fix bug: dynamic/refractive water was borked when window was resized, so we
recreate the water now on resize event (just as typing /water <my water>
would have done.)

* Added a new COB query call, "QueryLandingPadCount".
- if not defined, Spring will assume 16 as the maximum number of pads
- it takes one argument, which is initially set to 16, the number
returned in arg0 will be used as the maximum number of pads

* Add -Wl,--kill-at --add-stdcall-alias options to unitsync build so TASClient
can find it's functions in it.
* Strip unitsync.dll if stripping is enabled.
* Build unitsync to game/unitsync.{so,dll} instead of UnityLobby/client/unitsync.{so,dll}
* Install unitsync to libdir, this should be standard enough for UnityLobby etc.

Added unit tag ReleaseHeld for transports. Defaults to zero. When set to one, the units carried by the transport will survive the destruction of the transport itself.
