* Fix rendering of shadows of S3O models with transparency. This is done by
enabling texture mapping (tex2) with alpha test during the shadow mapping pass,
so it may have a slight performance impact.

* New ocean.jpg, public domain, comes from golgotha texture set and tiles
better then original ocean.jpg, changed default repeat settings so it fits
better with scale.
* Added "MAP\WATER\WaterRepeatX" and "MAP\WATER\WaterRepeatY" .smd tags,
defining the amount of times the water texture should be repeated in X and Y
direction.
* Aspect ratio of water texture is taken into account now.

* Disabled sliding... it's possible for units to kill
themselves if they hit hit a large slope and jump off
of it. Let the modders decide to risk it if they think
it's warranted.
