* Mods are supposed to use the (still incomplete), LuaGadgets
directory which is already in SVN. They include
LuaGadgets/gadgets.lua from the base archive using a mod

*made weapons hold fire if the target is allied or neutral and not a user target and firestate < 3 for the latter. Before this they would continue shooting at units that switch sides or go neutral.

* committed Lurker's playsound patch, closing Mantis 0000690

Original patch description:
1) Adds a new get call, PLAY_SOUND, to play a sound that can be heard only by allies, enemy, in los, etc.
2) changes get health to allow a unit ID to be passed
3) adds a call to create() at the end of ReloadCOB

GET PLAY_SOUND(sound number, volume, who hears the sound, where to play the sound)

To set up sounds to use with GET PLAY_SOUND, put a function like this near the top of your bos:

play-sound ("pew", 10);
play-sound ("reporting", 10);
}
The sound number is based on the order the sounds appear, staring from 0. To call the songs by name, add #defines like this:

{
play-sound ("movement", 10);
#define movement 0
play-sound ("pew", 10);
#define pew 1
play-sound ("reporting", 10);
#define reporting 2
}

To actually call the sound, you use a line such as this:
GET PLAY_SOUND (pew, 655360);

1) sound number - as above

2) volume - similar to the volume for play-sound, more affecting the distance where it is audible than actual volume
- given as a float multiplied by 65536

3) who hears the sound
0 = anyone with the unit in ALOS
1 = anyone with the unit in LOS
2 = anyone with the unit in ALOS or radar
3 = anyone with the unit in LOS or radar
4 = everyone
5 = the unit's allies
6 = the unit's team
7 = the unit's enemies

4) where to play the sound
- if 0, the sound is played from the unit's position
- if 1, the sound is played directly from the speakers, the same way unit replies are

- fixed a bug where forcing teams didn't update the UI, probably caused some more hidden bugs too
- Fixed a bug (I believe) that users who didnt have small divide installed couldn't host for the first time.

*adds the weapon tag leadLimit that limits the maximum distance a unit will lead a target (default is -1 which means infinite).
*adds the weapon tag leadbonus which is multiplied with the unit's experience and added to the lead limit.
*adds the weapon tag predictBoost (default 0 for non-burnblow, 0.5 for burnblow weapons) which fixes the "this should be turned into a separate tag" comment in Weapon.cpp. No idea what it does but it doesn't break anything.

- refactored IBattleModel into a version with a battlewindow and a minimal version
- removed the battle window object from the LMain class and moved it to CBattleModel
- The CBattleInfo check function now uses a battleinfo updated GUI event to notify the battle window
- The battle model is now created properly based on the engine specified in the battle info class.
- Added join exit and host fuctions to the battle model class
- Added callins tot he battlemodel object in LMain for newevent update and newguievent

* added CEG opcodes y, x, a, p and q. Except for p those operate on a set of 16 buffers that store a float value each.
y# - Yank: Stores the running value in the buffer # and returns 0.
x# - Multiply: Multiplies the value with the contents of buffer #.
a# - Add: Adds the contents of buffer #.
p# - Pow: Returns the #th power of the value.
q# - Buffer Pow: Like Pow but uses the contents of buffer # as the exponent.
