* removed function header without implementation from SelectedUnits.h
* in addition to MyPlayerNum, Lobby can specify MyPlayerName (this is just to make transition easier, it won't do anything else than iterating through

* Planes again transition to hovering more slowly.

AAI v0.875

- Current ammount of land/water within the base is taken into account when selecting factories (e.g. dont order water factories on a land map anymore)

- Improved AAIs behaviour on water maps with start positions on islands/land masses

- Improved metal extractor construction algorithm (spots closer to available builder, faster algorithm, works better if there are land and sea spots available at the same time)

- Continent file version bumped to 0.87

- Fixed a crash on shut down introduced in Spring v0.77

stop air transports from jittering; make them obey standard gunship drifting rules. also reduced default drift factor.

it's not perfect, but still better. mods will have to be updated for this so transports don't drift from their requested position. use airHoverFactor (dlHoverFactor in luadef) to minimize drifting.
