Quick and dirty fix for crash bug on collision of impactOnly weapons without custom explosion generator.
Better fix would actually use the standard explosion generator in this case but I cba to refactor it now.

(No explosion graphics is better then crash either way.)

* Added new collision volume types: sphere, footprint.
- sphere can not be selected in unitdef but replaces the 'spherical' boolean
(ie. an ellipsoid with all axes equal length is automatically converted to a sphere)
- footprint is intersection of sphere and vertical 'footprint prism' of unit/feature.
(For this volume, the scale/offset only applies to the sphere,
the footprint can obviously not be scaled or translated.)

* Units/features with no collision volume defined get 'footprint' type by default now,
this restores the (more realistic) 0.76b1 behaviour as default.

* Refactored CollisionVolume a bit, biggest changes were adding CollisionVolume.cpp and
removing implementation from the header file, and making CollisionVolume members
private, except for CCollisionHandler.

* Encapsulation of CGroundDecalHandler stuff
* BuildingGroundDecal has proper destructor now
* Fields/variables should start with lower case: 'alphaFalloff' and NOT 'AlphaFalloff'
* NULL pointers should be written as 'NULL' (or optionally '0'), NOT '0x0'
* LuaSyncedCtrl::RemoveBuildingDecal isn't O(num decals), and doesn't leak memory, anymore
