Lua: changed loading of feature textures in gl.Texture ("%"..(maxUnits+fid)..":"..texNum -> "%"..(-fid)..":"..texNum), todo so featureDefIDs begin now with 1 (same as UnitDefs)

AI: add the /aireload command
Acts like an /aikill plus an /aicontrol command with the same team and AI info.
This is useful when developing AIs and possibly for users when the AI got stuck somehow.
