prevent unnecessary re-linking of dedicated server
SDL_LIBRARY_TEMP is a FindSDL.cmake internal var,
and should not be used directly.
it can be set manually if the script does not find SDL,
after which the script should set SDL_LIBRARY accordingly.

AI: AAI: un-use Minkowski metric for retreat distances (get rid of a NaN)
also fixes retreat logic, so that may work (better) now
