moved UnitDef initialization out of the UnitDefHandler in to the UnitDef class constructor
* also made unitDefHandler.unitDefs a std::vector
* removed unitDefHandler->numUnitDefs (use unitDefHandler->unitDefs.size() instead)
* removed UnitDef.valid (only valid UnitDefs are now saved in unitDefHandler->unitDefs)
* added AI/Wrappers/LegacyCpp/UnitDef.(h/cpp) which still contains the 'valid' member
