rename `handicap` to `advantage`/`incomeMultiplier`, and convert from % to factor Intern: `team.handicap` was renamed to `team.inputMultiplier`. Extern & intern: created a meta property _Advantage_, which can be used to set multiple (dis-)advantage factors for a team simultaneously. To the extern world, eg _script.txt_, `advantage`(factor) replaces `handicap`(%). _script.txt_ still supports _Handicap_. In general, this is only a cleanup commit, using clearer wording and adding documentation. |

change minimum for UnitDef.buildDistance from 128 to 16 [mantis#2151] As requested here: http://springrts.com/mantis/view.php?id=2151 http://springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=24145 It was 128 at import of code to SVN already, though it was 16 back then in the ctor initializer. I guess this change needs testing, and should be reverted if it caused any significant problems. |

Fixed texture loading. Support for alpha channel teamcolor inversion. Fixed lua metafile support. Commented out some excess logging (may be needed later). Added 'Model', 'Model-detail' and 'Piece-detail' log subsystems. |
