refactor simulation code directly manipulating CSolidObject::pos

all position changes now run through CSolidObject::Move{1D, 3D},
such that CSolidObject::midPos is always kept in sync with them
(this fixes various minor targeting/collision bugs)

initialize PathVector::buf (cppcheck hints)

This could help to spot accessing of uninitialized memory more easily,
as it would generate a SIGSEV now.
