fix 3276 (units failing ground-attack orders when their "main" weapon != weapons[0])

logic change: MobileCAI::ExecuteAttack now cycles through all weapons until
it finds one which can execute the order, and no longer depends on weapon[0]
being the "main" weapon

microoptimization: use float3.distance(float3) instead of (float3 - float3).Length() (saves the creation of a temporary float3 structure)
