LuaFeatureDefs: make the "model" subtable available (as it is for LuaUnitDefs)
move the {min,max,mid}{x,y,z} values to this subtable (e.g. *Defs[i].model.midx)
deprecate *Defs[i].modelname, use *Defs[i].model.path instead
LuaUnitDefs: remove a ton of unneeded #include's

being swamped with complaints about glitches = DO NOT WANT.

refurbish gl.{Unit,Feature}Shape (both ancient FFP-only code)

calling only these functions is enough to get correctly rendered
models by default; pass in 'true' for the [new] third argument to
render with your own custom state instead

- new class CGZFileHandler for reading gz compressed files.
it reads the entire file to memory, so don't use it with
large ones.
