Fix & Improve LOS performance

calling ThreadPool::GetThreadNum() is very very very costly,
at least on windows, probably on linux as well.

added prevAng optimisation to only look isqrt up for hilltops. (see documentation)

prevent crashing when a unit with a LuaUnitScript is creged
