remove Platform.osWordSize because it already exists in the Engine table

replace Engine.{system,native}WordSize by just Engine.wordSize because I
predict further problems like 0005540 and this is the only value that *gets
should care about

new API: Spring.GetUnitWeaponHaveFreeLineOfFire(unitID, weaponNum, targetID | [srcPosX [, srcPosY [, srcPosZ [, tgtPosX [, tgtPosY [, tgtPosZ]]]]]])

if the srcPos* arguments are all nil, the default aiming location is used as before.
