* Patch by AF to (re)add team coloured nanospray; it can now be disabled by mod developers.
To disable it, put a file "gamedata/particles.tdf" in the mod with the following contents:

- Fixes Economy class not taking into account total needed energy when deciding if it should build metal maker
- Adds a unitdef caching class that handles case sensitivity in an attempt to fix the SVN build compatibility(feedback demanded!).

* Add OP_LOADP & OP_STOREP to CCustomExplosionGenerator to pass around
pointers in a platform independent way.
* Fix indentation of 4 lines in ExplosionGenerator.cpp;
can we please use exactly 1 tab per indentation level?
* Convert configHandler.SetInt and .GetInt to signed int
(why was it unsigned in the first place?)

* added a new function GetMapInfoEx with version support, passing version >=1 will return an author string of the map. Binding also added to Pybind.cpp, but untested (I can't compile)

* partial implementation of rotated buildings, in steps of 90 degrees (Proof of concept provided by Sean Mirrsen)
Current problems:
* Ground decals are not rotated
* Nanospray origins are not rotated

* removed AIVAL_BLOCK_MAP, it would give AI's direct access to the CBuilding objects without even asking for the cheat interface
* removed user defined team colored nanospray, because it's defined by the mod. Also ConfigHandler.GetInt() shouldn't be used in the middle of drawing for performance reasons.
* changed AI interface CanBuildAt and ClosestBuildSite to support rotated buildings.

- Added new aircraft detection routines to CUnitDefHelp
- Some universal build routine entries used the old cheap multiplier method for stall detection rather than the new algorithms introduced in XE8/9
- Changed D-gunning code somewhat in order to fix a bug to do with avoiding the enemy commander.
