Changeset * Print a warning instead of crashing if "luaui reload" is sent
  from LuaUI Spring.SendCommands() (it should be fixed to work,
  or provide a function. Looks like the pointer stored on the
  stack in CLuaHandle::RunCallIn() might be part of the problem)
