Changeset * Added the "/fpshud [0|1]" action
* Added paralyzeDamage and captureProgress control to Spring.SetUnitHealth()
* Added LuaOpenGL gl.Unit() call to render individual units
  (handy for doing pre-selection highlight and post-render effects)
