Changeset | Added 5 new weapon fbi tags. WaterBounce and GroundBounce: Boolean to allow a projectile to bounce off of a surface. defaults to false. BounceSlip: Amount of lateral speed kept by the projectile after it bounces. defaults to 1. BounceRebound: Amount of vertical speed keeps and reverses. defaults to 1. NumBounce: The number of bounces a weapon will make. -1 indicates no limit. defaults to -1. Added the ability to bounce for Torpedos, Missiles, Lasers, Cannons, and Emgs. Added flighttime functionality to cannons. Added new fbi tags to LuaWeaponDefs. I also removed ttl from the subclasses of CWeaponProjectile.
