Changeset *added impactOnly weapon tag (bool, default false), if set the weapon does damage by colliding with units instead of causing an explosion (the CEG will still run) to avoid the shortcomings of small AOEs. It's only implemented for projectile weapons so far, I'll add hitscan weapons later.
