Changeset BumpWater: fix Mantis 0001487, improve wind fx, again massively speed up shorewaves, added an occlusion query to render the reflection pass on demand + removed all CopyToTexture code, so AdvUnitShading,reflective water,etc. don't w/o FBOs now (this was need to make it possible to render them during the DrawWorld pass)
