Changeset sm3: fixed specular lighting (or part of it)

- |tsLightDir| and |tsEyeDir| were >1 at times + large specularExponent + clamp
  -> wrong specular highlight: too sharp contour, too big
  -> now normalized in vertex shader after TSM multiplication
- removed some unnecessary clamps
- removed redundant (?) reflect function
