Changeset allow death-wait in games with more then 2 ally teams
When the command is in the queue, it uses the normal wait command cursor now.
When the unit that is watched (to be or not to be) is out of sensor range,
the death-wait command is visually indistinguishable from a normal wait command.
When the unit dies out of sensor range, death-wait is converted to a normal wait.

The only way to cheat now, is to check for the command ID, and even then
it is still a weak cheat compared to what can be done with widgets.
