Changeset Added Model&Texture preloading

- When a unit model is loaded, its wrecks will be
  queued for preloading - should reduce lags on death.

- Removed the lua thread assertions for now since
  1) It's clear that there isn't an issue there.
  2) The loading uses lua parsers which cause false alarms
     in said assertions. Suggestions regarding this are welcome.
