Changeset ShieldRendering: fix luaRules->DrawShield callin
now first ShieldSegmentProjectile::Draw() in a drawframe calls AllowDrawing() to check if Lua wants to draw it itself
before this was done ShieldProjectile::Draw(), but cause it's a generic CProjectile it's not deterministic if it gets called before/after/between the ShieldSegment ones
