Summary	0003583: Sea constructors forget their orders.
Description	If i start to build a sea constructor in a factory & try to give him a order to build before he is finished, he forgets this order after he leaves factory.
Steps To Reproduce	It doesnt happen every time, so it is hard to reproduce. I tested it with core t1 sea constructors on one map.
Additional Information	MT-Spring 93.1 BA 7.72 CORE Tested on Small Supreme Islands V2
