Summary0003000: unitsync doesn't list missing files as depend
Descriptioni guess this is caused by:

but i'm not sure, if it worked before.

but without this commit, spring allows to run without depends... thats really bad, too :-/
Additional Informationits not possible to get depends with
GetPrimaryModInfoCount():

because it doesn't list tables.
