20111226_174937_TitanDuel_85_comm_stuck.sdf shows a commander failing to walk through a gap between two structures due to the bumping behaviour. It starts at 2:00 4370 4425 and continues for a few minutes. This is NOT a movedef/footprint mismatch, it can pass through the gap.

I'd like to increase the Severity rating on this ticket.

The hovercraft constructors in the bottom left of the map bounce around a lot. http://zero-k.info/Battles/Detail/45403
