Wierd, the stack translator at http://spring.abma.de/translate/index.php says: Error: :Unable to find detailed version in infolog Maybe this stacktrace is from an self-compiled spring, or is the stack-trace to old? This script only can handle >=0.82 |

does this still happen with 0.82.7.1/newer drivers? |

As written on 2011-01-17 it happens with 0.82.7.1. I think I crashed sometime after that but didn't report again due to same version. |

Weird crash. Could be a side effect of this memory corruption bug https://github.com/spring/spring/commit/28e06db707daf0f736f50fa056d8754bc9bda9af and in this case it is already fixed in master. |

SirMaverick, can you please test spring master if you find time? in about how many % of times you load the engine does it happen usually? if SirMaverick is not able to test this reliably, just close this report (can still open a new one later). it seems plausible that the commit referenced by zerver fixed it. for easier reference, the point of crash: https://github.com/spring/spring/blob/0.82.7.1/rts/Map/SMF/SmfReadMap.cpp#L167 |
