Summary0001629: Planes ignore orders when refueling.
DescriptionWhen a plane is out of fuel/ammo, if a landing pad is available, it ignores all orders and heads directly for the pad, and cannot have its order queue changed until it has refueld.
Additional InformationNot only is it impossible to change its course when headed for the pad (IE, it will fly over enemy AA to get there), it is impossible to even change its outstanding orders- if it had an attack target (IE, just dropped bombs on one), you cannot tell it to stop attacking that target until it has refueled, often meaning planes fly solo back into enemy territory after refueling.

Correct behaviour should be to respond to all move orders but skip over fight patrol or attack orders, and head for a refuel pad when the plane is idle (no movement orders).

This was changed several spring versions ago, planes used to behave mostly correctly prior to this.

This bug exists in 0.80.4 but version doesnt go that high.
