0001297: Settings exe not fixing unit sound....

Description

I could not hear unit acks when I was playing spring. Even with it set to 100 in settings.exe I had no unit acks. It wasn't until I typed /unitreplyvolume 100 and restarted spring that I had sound for unit acks.
