Contacting moderators

For individual forum posts, which might not follow our forum rules, use the 'report post' button which you can find near the top right of every forum post.

In all other cases, when a reaction is wanted from Springs moderators, reports may be sent, via private messages, with evidence in the form of links/logfiles/replays, to the Spring staff (=moderators and administrators) forum group.

Forum threads should not be used for reporting users behaviour to moderators. Why not? Because forum threads are for discussions, which don't require a heavy burden of proving something when you say it - consequently we will never treat them as a request for a reaction or judgement from moderators, although we might react for other reasons. We may not always read them, but if we do then we will generally lock threads made to request moderator reactions.

Moderation within autohosts

Misbehaviour within autohosts should be reported to the autohost owners or operators. Send a private lobby message !list users to the autohost to find out who these are.

Autohosts are typically run by particular users and have a degree of autonomy, as detailed here. Springs (global) moderators will typically not process disputes between players relating to ingame behaviour.
