Well, if the devs had infinite time everyone should pick 3, but I say prioritize one, get it working, and call it "good enough" for now, come back to it later.

How about dirty Workarounds - like Planes building a Sub and SelfD- and if the Sub is targeted on something or moved, it gets onto the Surface - fastspawns a Plane, reclaiming itself :)

What are we voting for exactly? The way it should be for your mod or the way the engine should do it? For the engine EVERYTHING should be customizable.

Yeah. I think that the engine should support units that change from any moving type to any moving type, like tanks that enter on water and float like ships or kbots that can take off and fly like aircraft.

Yes!
Please, this NOT is about my mod, but SPRING.
OOOOOOOPs, you can be right, the poll could be started in Development or Requests section

As for the first one, we already have that. They're called Hovercraft. :P

Not exacly, because you cannot (or if you can its very hard) do a hovering tank that looks like a normal tank in both land and water. Also the speed of hovercrafts does not change then they enter water. (I think but almost sure)

In the next release they can already land on the water if tag floater=1 in the FBI.

I voted for three, but I only care about two, as I've said before.

No it isn't. Tanks and kbots are treated the same by the engine - it makes no distinction between the two, they're both land units. Look at the Arm Penguin (or whatever it's called - the amphib kbot) from AA. That's actually a hovercraft (or at least, that's how it worked in OTA). The hovercraft appearing to scoot over land and sea is because their model is a bit above the ground

You didnt understood exacly what I meant :-) .
I meant about tanks that have a little part of em be underwater then on water (like ships) but winhout having a part of em under land then on land.
