Lagging out, loss of connection ingame

Hi, I've got a recurring problem playing Spring. About one out of four-five games, I loose connection after 5-10 minutes of playing. This happens on 0.73 and 0.74, the only releases I've played. My units just drift away and trying to type something, pausing etc. doesn't work (no reaction). My mouse works, and I'm able to give orders etc but nothing responds. I am uncertain as to how this appears to the other players, my guess is that my units just stand where they were, completing any work in que? This is a tiring problem, and of course it always happens when I have the winning edge (one out of five games :)
. I am behind a wireless router, to which I have no admin acces. Uncertain of make and model, but I know my internet connection is good, I'm playing Red Alert II online as well and no probs with that. I am no developer and have absolutely no idea as to how I could troubleshoot this. I don't put much more than 5-10 build orders in que for each conunit, and factories probby have like 10-15 orders in line when I lag out. My setup is Dell Latitude D600, 1,4Ghz Intel M, 512megs and 32 ATI Mobility Radeon. My internet connection is 4mb down, probby 1mb up, however this is shared with a couplea other folks so my pings are usually between 300-400ms. When I lag out, my ping is usually in this range.
Anyone knows what this is, or how to troubleshoot it?
