Alpha chanel in Shield*Color

It would be usefull to have alpha channel in the weapon tags:
We already have "ShieldAlpha" but that one only defines for both. That way, all we can define is the shield changing colour when going from good to bad. And if we want a shield that starts really faded or invisible, growing in intensity while it charges, we can't...
