I'm actually pretty sure they constantly update the IQ tests so that when a new IQ test starts the average will be slightly below 100 and when it gets slightly above 100 they replace it with a new one.
And the reason you can only vote when you're 18 is a maturity thing, not an intelligence thing. IMO your intelligence doesn't really increase as you get older, but you get more experienced and score better on IQ tests and stuff. But your maturity definitely increases, and doesn't reach full intill you're like 25ish. And even then you keep gaining wisdom your entire life, until you start losing too much of your memory.

I'm 15, and actually not caring. Why? Becuase if I could vote I would waste it anyhow cause all of the parties we have here in Canadia are horrible.

On a tangent, IQ tests are, like all other constructs always in some way biased. You can't quantify or define anything absolutely, don't try.
I am an Independent, but a registered voter.

Why does it always seem like a desicion for the lesser of the evils?

IQ is mental age divided by physical age times 100.
21 and voter here, last time on the urn I voted for the green party because their policies match mine the most. Unfortunately we currently have a coalition of the greater and lesser evil ruling the country (aka coalition of pseudochristian conservatives and social democrats). That's really not going to end well.

Are you sure
?
IQ tests are overrated anyway can't be really used for comparision.
I'm 22 by the way. Did vote the two lesser evils the last time, also because at least some of their points were in my interests (PDS/SPD for those who care). Oh well politics in germany are fucked up anyway.
