Say you've got this big steak. Or a piece of chicken. Er whatever. Do you eat the fat or cut it off?

the fat is really tasty as long as there is not too much of it.

If it's cooked with the fat, i cut it off first.

However, other really fat stuff i eat. For instance grilled chicken skin... Mmmh... skin.

Of course, I do have a sorta above average cholesterol... But that runs in the family. Eating differently wouldn't help.
