HELL YEAH! That looks absofuckinlutely AWESOME! Nice Work!

BTW to get rid of the contour lines import your heighmap as a designmap and then generate the heightfield (gets redrawn as a 32bit heightfield).

Looks great dude!

Hm. I think this looks like the perfect map to test the new Gundam test version on tomorrow.

I would seriously consider changing it to a east vs. west map so nobody has "factory advantage" for tournaments.

yeah, unless it is already an 'East v. West' map (which was not specified), it is unfit for tournament use.

I think this would have to be a map for the final, not the earlier rounds. The games are going to take too long as it looks quite porcy.

edit: just downloaded. As it's only 6x8 in size it may well be fine actually. It looks lovely anyway.

Looks fantastic!

Any chance of a bigger version?

Officially there will be no League maps larger than 10 x 10 (unless of course the admins tell me to make one :> ). I myself am sick of making large maps and this for me is a refreshing change in pace. My next map will also be another 6 x 8 only east vs west. Look for it later today.

Very nice map, though the contour lines subtract from its appearance.

Really? That is a bummer, i thought i made those slopes smooth enough to cross... Poop.

I would change it, but doing so would mean having to rerender the texture (cause it may not line up if i simply change the heightmap). I'll wait to see if there is anyone else who share's your sentiments.

If this is going to be an 'official tournament map', then those sorts of things (IE, amph tanks not being able to go into water) will *have* to be fixed; otherwise, the map gets in the way of the competition...
