0.24 lobby update and 0.71b1 spring update

I picked up the new 0.71b1 spring update this morning (11,453 kb) and installed. Re-ran and upon trying to connect in client it told me my lobby was outdated, I needed 0.24. I checked my backup directory of install files and saw I'm already running 0.24 but I installed it anyways. Then when I re-ran again it told me my Spring was outdated!
I then proceeded to un-install everything (yup yup I backed my maps up :) ) and re-did it all. Same thing. Heeeeeeelp.
