question about emp missiles

i am concucting a new use for EMP launchers. as theyre generally unexpected.. just want to know which churns out missiles faster EMP's or missile defence?

Well, using them as anti-anti nukes isnt that new a use....

The missile defence ONLY works for stopping nukes, not emp or cruise, and emp has a much shorter range than nukes. But yes emp can 'stun' anti-nuke launchers.

how come emps don't stop the repulsers from working?

I onced pwned some n00b by building a wall of about 20 emp launchers, to expend the enemies anti-nukes, and then destroyed him with a few nuclear strikes... I don't know if anti-missles target emp missles anymore however...
