Map is Complete called ... Pydah-Pass ...

Here are some screenies of a new map I'm working on.
I wasn't planning on any features. I only have to change
a few Geo locations and I'll be done. The metal output is
low compared to other maps. The mexs will make between
.3 at some spots up to .7 with level1 mexs. Level 2 mexs
will pull more metal .. The wind will is around 2-7 and the
Geo's will help you out too. So here are the screenies ...

Does nobody care about the map edges? At least make the background colour the same as that blue texture, not everyone is going to be looking at the middle of the map...
nice tho..

I decided to make a new texture map. I figured it's a some what
of a desert map and it should be brighter

... It does have some
grass for color
So, here are the new screenies ....
This is the last major change I'm planning for this map. If you like
it as is, post a reply an I post it tonight. ....
Up to you now ... post it or not ....

Starting positions are weird.. the metal patches should be more visible, and the hills look a bit too round

I added metal splats to the texture map and I changed the
starting postions.
The rounded look ... can't fix without redoing map. I'll
do a better job on my next map.

Ice's right. The current texture is fugly. The second texture looks better. Do something with the grass, or perhaps add some cactusses.
The map plays well though! I really like the low metal distrubution! Makes you fight for wreckages and all. I love it!
