New map - !Beta release! (pics)

Hey
Here comes a map I made. Only thing i need is set of tropical trees. I dont have any modelling skills. That would be nice if someone can and cares to help me. Critics are welcome as usual.
Map doesnt have name yet. Any good suggestion? Anyone?
Im going to upload it to FU as soon as i manage to zip it.
(some problems with 7-zip)

Paapa say the word and the tree will be textured..
although I would like some pics to go by so I can get the colors in a matching look.

Man those wonderfull maps u get to see here, can really demotivate Mappingnoobs like me. And there goes another Highcraps of mine into the Trash- maybee i should write a tutorial what can went wrong....

WOW @ the map!
pretty nice model on the palm tree.
making the leaf "cuts" would be too much i guess, it looks awesome as it is.
I think the trees hase some type of feature they can take advantage.. something to do with the foliage? or im inventing things as usual...

AFAIK mongus, the features just represent dressed up terrain blockage coupled with the fact you can reclaim them for resources..

I had to sleep. I need something along thes lines. couple of palm trees and big rainforest trees. Ill trop by after shcool and physics exam.

Thanks Smoth. Palm tree looks good. some resizeing and texturing and its fine. Trees should generally be twice taller than commander. I know transparency is not suported. We just have to live with it. I only wonder how those hardcoded trees are made?
Any name suggestions
Edited: No more problems with 7-zip
I alos need some bended trees to hillsides. Those should face west south and east. No need for north. Do we need seperate models for that?

dont forget bushes and other foliage or it'll look wierd with just trees, amybe some foliage off the side of cliffs like those bendy trees?

please tell me that you aren't actually capable of believing that those are real features, and not just painting in ms paint.
