Spring RTS Engine

After about a 2 year break I came back to Spring recently

This morning less than 12 hours after my last login, my phone hotspot for the first time my login to official server fails with "Login denied: You are banned: (364) days remaining: proxy cheat"

All I did different was use my phone's wireless hotspot for the internet connection instead of my home connection which is down temporarily due to techs in the area, so says my ISP

I finally found a reference to what proxy cheating is and why it exists

I have not consciously set up any proxy, I have not changed anything in the last week system-setup wise all I did was login through a different connection this morning. Who do I contact to get this dealt with.

You forgive him brother silentwings, but god sees him and knows he is a lousy proxy cheater. Hammer them and burn them - it may be brutal for them now, but it will give them aeons of a time discount in hell.
