game freezes at start

Been having this error for a while, last few game versions and Spring Lobby versions, versions of BA and Tech Annihilation and other mods,portable and installed, video driver versions, change of RAM, etc, still ongoing. Game freezes at start.My infolog.txt from last attempt with Tech Annihilation 2.19.2:

This PC used to run Spring perfectly, and has no other issues, plays BF3 for hours with no problems.
I think the crash is related to the dual boot situation and multiple hard drives, though I have no proof of that.
PC: Gigabyte P35-DS3L Intel E8200 CPU, 2 x 2GB Kingston 5-5-5-18 DDR2, EVGA nVidia GTX 550Ti 1 GB, 60 GB Corsair SATA SSD (Windows XP Pro SP3), 120 GB Mushkin Chronos SATA SSD (Windows Vista Business 32-Bit), WD 250 GB SATA HDD
Used to have XP, then installed Vista with choice to dual boot on new Mushkin HDD, now in Vista drives show as: "C:(F:)" (Mushkin), "D:" Corsair, "E:" WD but when booted to XP Pro drives show as: "C:" Corsair, "F" Mushkin, "E:" WD
Any help would be appreciated. I have removed old installs of Spring on XP Pro, all portable versions, didn't help. I think some sort of tweak to the config will fix this, but I am not sure how to do it.
