Spring RTS Engine

I have had to run system repair 4 times so far to get windows to UNDO an UPDATE it keeps FAILING TO INSTALL which makes it impossible to boot into windows. I had to run restart with safe mode 6 times before it finally got through and I am back on my desktop to POSSIBLY HAVE IT DO IT AGAIN.

Yar, it's a fairly good idea not to blindly install windows updates. Set it on notify only and be fairly picky which ones you install from now on.

I have this problem with adobe air, I keep updating it and nothing happens

I don't even know what it is, it just keeps harrassing me though

Air is like flash/shockwave for installable applications... Acrobat Reader X uses it.

Windows automatically installs updates, while I told it not to. It also automatically reboots the PC after this if I don't delay that within 1 minute. Also I can delay it for a maximum of 4 hours, but way before that time is up it already starts rebooting again, giving me 1 minute to delay.

tl;dr : Fuck windows updates, and fuck how windows does not do what I tell it to do.

Windows 7 lets you set WU to install on shutdown so it just fetches the patches and won't interfere with when you want to work with the damn computer.

All those options and things do not work, windows just doesn't listen.

It would appear some updates are deemed "too important" for you to not install... these are more often those pertaining to making sure you are not pirating rather then security or stability issues... but still... too important for you to do without.
