Stuck on "Finalizing..." loading screen section
Posted: 21 Nov 2010, 14:24
Spring v0.82.6.1
Windows 7
Intel Core i3 processor 330M
4 GB Memory
(I'm unsure of my video card; it's a default Intel one of some sort...)
This seems to be a repeat of an earlier bug.
Basically, whenever I try to load a Complete Annihilation game, it will move through all the different stages of loading on the loading screen, reach "Finalizing...", produce an audio cue for the game starting ("Interface online" or something similar in a female voice)... and then simply not progress further.
It chews up a lot of computer resources while it does it too, but that may not be a bug.
It's worth noting that this issue arises when attempting Complete Annihilation games, but not when attempting Kernel Panic games. These are the only two games I have, and I cannot test any others at this moment.
I've attacked my infolog.txt, hope it helps. (Edit: just noticed the typo, but thought it was too hilarious to remove...)
Update: Tried Evolution RTS; that failed too. This looks like a graphics problem? But I've minimized my graphics settings entirely... (and disabled the Lua graphics stuff)
