dingy white texture problem?

Ok folks here's the problem. My commander was textured in Photoshop. My rollerbomb was textured in GIMP. Why does my commander look dingy?

Yeah, he did resize it. I textured and put the unit together for him, but didn't adjust the model's size because I didn't know what he wanted.
I take it resizing units in Upspring causes odd color adjustments?

It breaks surface normals. Recalculate them in upspring.

I enjoyed that show when i was younger, i watched that and that Godzilla cartoon almost exclusively when they were both on. Sadly I have no idea how to model Godzilla.

you could bring the model to proper sizes before exporting... look at the export options for an option to scale the model up by a factor of 8
