When I was in prague I watched japanese television. My japanese is weak at best but I watch a show with this cute little girl who would sing songs and to my glee she sung Yeah! Meccha Holiday it was very cute. They also had one of these weird slow paced work out shows. Very different from American aerobics.

When I was in Japan we bought a 6 hour VHS tape at the 100 Yen store and just recorded television commercials (there may have been some shows recorded as well)... at the time Zoids was just coming out in Japan so I think there may be an episode of that... our favorite show was the one where they were trying to teach English and this stereotypical American biker comes by clutching his side as if he has been shot or knifed... the phrase they were teaching was "Can you show me the way to the nearest Hospital"...
