Metal Produced and Excess Energy graphs are busted

They start at 100k for some reason, making many games metal charts basically a horizontal line.

Not sure if this is an engine issue or a BA issue, but it's still live in 0.80 (and was in 0.79 as well)

take care of your damage and units killed graph which are usually like ~0

geez dude find some friends and stop looking for stupid bugs, who is checking these 2 anyway :/

It happens because the default team {metal, energy} storage values are insanely high (1000K, 1000K), as are the default starting resource levels (200K, 900K), which skews the graphs for the first few frames.
